How we work with you to achieve the look you want for your home
1. Consult
We want you to be completely delighted with your blinds or curtains so we offer a FREE initial consultation, either in our showroom or your home, where we can give you all the advice and support you need.
Even after the initial consultation, you can phone or pop into our showroom any time to ask as many questions as you want.
2. Measure
Our service also includes FREE home measuring so you can be assured of the perfect fit.
Again, please take the opportunity to ask all the questions you like during our visit.
Once we have the measurements your no-obligation quote will follow, usually within 24 hours.
3. Supply
Once you’ve chosen your product, fabric and all the individual elements, we liaise directly with the selected manufacturer who will create your individualised, made-to-measure product in their fully equipped workshop.
4. Fit
Your blind or curtains should be available for fitting just 10 days later.
Fitting is carried out by Neville or Andrew, never anybody else.
