We are also very efficient. Fitting usually takes place just 10 days after you’ve placed your order.

We recognise it’s not always easy to visualise how something may look in situ. We therefore encourage you to come into our showroom with something from your home to match against our fabrics, such as a piece of carpet or wallpaper, cushion, tile, paint sample or photo, so that we can help you find a complimentary style, colour and design.

Alternatively, you are always very welcome to borrow some of our sample books to take home to compare against your interior.

We also help by guiding you through the array of blind options and offering our professional advice gained during more than 30 years’ experience in the trade.

When you first draw your new blind or curtain we want you to be completely delighted.

In the rare event that you experience a problem we are likely to be as disappointed as you are and will do everything in our power to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

We can usually make a home visit within 24 hours to see what’s happening and, wherever reasonably possible, aim to get your problem resolved within 24 - 48 hours.

All our blinds and curtains are manufactured here in the UK by a select group of suppliers, hand-picked by ourselves. In this way, we are able to guarantee the quality of our products and ensure a swift and efficient service.

All our blinds and curtains come with a three year guarantee as standard. Certain products are even guaranteed for five years.

We are particularly proud of the length of our guarantees as guarantees offered by other providers are often less.

We are supporters of the BBSA’s (British Blind and Shutter Association) Make It Safe campaign and offer the choice of child-safe mechanisms on all our blinds to protect the safety of babies, children and animals.
